Our team will construct a project based on the plans provided by the owner or the selected design team. During construction, we will provide coordination to consultants, oversee site development, control job costs, schedule tasks, select and coordinate subcontractors, and ensure management of suppliers and labor forces in accordance with the contract.  

Our team will work closely with the client to design a building that will suit the client’s wishes, needs, and desired schedule. We will then manage the construction team to build the project in accordance with the design and the client’s expectations. Depending on the project size, we can team up with a design professional that we commonly work with, or for simple designs, we can provide in-house design, saving costs.

We prepare a cost summary for a complete project, including labor costs, equipment, material, subcontracts, overhead, insurance, permits, and any other costs that may affect the project.  

 We provide early, detailed, and accurate estimates and project schedules so that you can plan for costs based on realistic figures.  We also consult with the client, engineers and architects about building systems and technology. We also perform design reviews where we review designs provided by Engineers/Architects and give them feedback regarding issues/conflicts/constructability of their designs.
